The 30th was also the first anniversary edition since the original Trans Am to have ram air, in this case, the 320-horsepower WS6 version of the Corvette's 5.7-liter V-8. The WS6 package also included a stiffer suspension and 17-inch highly polished Safire BLUE aluminum wheels. Tires were wider than the standard TRANS–AM for better handling. It also features the factory installed exhaust system with a deeper tone and better flow.
