NOTE- DUE TO NUMEROUS QUESTIONS, PLEASE READ: The entire service was done in October 2011 and no actual miles have been put on the car since. We know of no accidents. There is NO RUST. Paint is still very shiny and I have no reason to believe that it is not the original paint. CLUTCH is excellent. NO scratches. Original leather seats, no tears. Original rugs. This car is as original as original can be; it was never abused but adult driven. My mother-in-law is 88 years old and was told to change the timing belts (which it did not need) and also the oil service was done. She was informed that the water pump was weeping when running, and she was not interested in putting any more money in the car. The car was brought to NH as it was the only place to keep it garaged. The car needs a few things from sitting, but it is a good solid car and very pretty to look at, and will just need someone to drive it. This car will be the best price ever and is priced lower that actual value to sell fast. This will be a 5 day auction. The car has been in the family since 1987, owned by an uncle who has now passed. It has seen no bad weather ever and originated in Florida. My uncle was the second owner of this vehicle and it has been meticulously taken care of. Everything is factory original. When the car was taken from storage, we had the timing belts done by a mechanic who used to work at Autohaus Ferrari in Cohasset, MA. ( We have the belts in hand and they look just as good as the new ones installed). The oil, filter, plugs were all changed. Although he did all this as a favor to the family he did say: 1) the tires are over 20 years old and should be replaced 2) both power windows work slow, the passenger side is much slower 3) the water pump should have a rebuilt kit installed (it drips anti-freeze out the weep hole when running 4) a new battery was installed 5) he recommends doing some prep work on the brakes ( pads and rotors are all good) just from sitting. The car has all its books, manuals, tools, jack, etc. etc. The car runs strong. No other things noted. Sold AS IS - NO Warranty. E-mail me with questions, happy to tell what we know.
