THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION. There were only approximately 100 GTS's imported in 1993 and as far as I know this is the only Polar Silver Metallic 5spd, with red piping, that exists in the US. It also has the sought after side trim delete feature. The paint is a 26 step process over a fully galvinized unibody. This GTS has been pampered it's whole life and still drives and feels like a new car. I am including the maintenance history since purchase in 1992 (I have the receipts), the dealer window sticker and will make available the history of ownership also. The original Supple Leather Interior is in excellant condition and there are no cracks, rips or tears to be found. The red piping has been replaced due to dye fading, the seats were disassembled and the new piping sewn in professionally. The carpeting still is soft to the touch and does not show the normal balling due to shampooing. The luggage cover has been replaced with a custom matching cover by Paul Champagne. The engine compartment has never been touched up, and there are no chips or cracks in the finish of the engine. A custom set of intake tubes have been installed that cover the originals and are attached with a zipper that runs unseen the length of the tubes. I am not aware of the car ever having been involved in an accident, but it does have the normal small debris chipping on the front bumper cover and the clear coat appears to have some hairline cracking. As far as I know that can be rubbed out. This car is 100% original except for esthetic items I have added that can be returned to stock with little effort. I have all the original parts including the original muffler (replaced with RMB) and the original Cup I RDK wheels in excellant condition. Everything is included in the sale. When I replaced the timing belt recently I did a leak down test on the cylinders and they all came in at 2% to 4% leak down so this engine is still pretty much like new and feels like it when you drive it. The only item not working is the stereo and 12 disk changer, part of the original 160 watt 10 speaker system. All maintenance is up to date. The car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to cancel the listing if sold before auction ends. A PPI is recommended. Please have this performed before close of auction.
