Vehicle Detail
This is a 17 year old car in very good condition for a 17 year old car. The car runs well and the transmission shifts smooth. The interior is exceptionally clean and does not smell of smoke. The exterior is in good condition. The housing for the third brake light is broken but the light functions. The 'Replace brake pads soon' light just came on about three weeks ago. There is a tear on the bottom side of the left front bumper. There are two chips in the front windshield, one is the size of a quarter and one the size of a dime. The radio and amplifier are both original and work well, as does the remote original CD changer in the truck. The antenna motor runs when the radio is turned of or on, but does NOT go up and down automatically. The rear driver's side power window does not work. It would take a lot to fix it, which is why it does not work. All of the power locks on the doors function when you lock or unlock the trunk and the passenger door. The lock on the driver's door does not lock or unlock with the key inserted in that door, but it does work when locked by the inside button on the dash or with the key in the passenger door & trunk. The sunroof works fine as do both power seats. This car uses premium gas and synthetic oil. I am selling it because I have just 'retired' and do not want a second car. I am what I believe to be the third owner of this car. It had 83,000 miles on it when I bought it three years ago this September. I drove it almost every day and thoroughly enjoyed owning it. I will accept only a bank check as payment. The car must be picked up where it is now. My wife & I have a clear title to the car and will accompany the buyer to a local notary to make the necessary changes. Any state taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer and we will not agree to certify the car as selling for less than the agreed on price. On Jun-13-12 at 13:03:29 PDT, seller added the following information: Both the heat & AC work. There are separate controls for the right and left side and they do both work. On a very hot day, if you use the Auto Climate Control it will cycle off before you want it to, however if you put it on Manual and just leave it there it will freeze your right arm. During the time I have owned the car I have not had to recharge the AC
