1983 DLX ISUZU PICKUP FWD (4X4) Please read everything before bidding!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Up for sale is a great little pickup running very well ,it's a short bed with a camper shell on it (I belive it's been on it all the truck's life bed looks very clean for it's age...see pics) it's a 4x4, 4 speed transmission works fine, it has a new battery, new brakes, new set of tires ,has the matching original rim for spare tire also has the original jack and wrench under the hood. I replaced the power steering pump (with an used one) so will need an alignment job done and I am sure can take a new set of glow plugs (they look old). It has the original radio (I believe) but it's not working (haven't try to fix it). Driver side door unlocks from inside not with key (haven't try to fix that either) passenger side door works fine. Gas gauge not working properly. Has a few dings on body and front bumper nothing major and front grille it's held by plastic straps. Also has a crack line in windshield, it has a/c compressor but one line it's been disconnected (so a/c doesn't work). The odometer reading is 148,399 but odometer doesn't work so it has more miles than shown (looks like previous owner try to work on it). Has two tone paint with tiny cracks in some areas and two tone color inside, and underneath of passenger side has a small rust spot and leaks a little bit of oil almost forgot the dashboard has sun cracks, all issues are normal for pu'p age. I just don't have the time and money to fix it but it will take you anywhere the way it is. I had this pu'p only for a few months, I bought it from a man that had it park for years ,I got it to commute and save on fuel, which is grate but it's slow,runs up to 65 mph max. on freeway and I don't like that... so has to go,(this is the only pu'p I have driven and I don' t know if all run the same way). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cfy1naunWEo I try to stated all the good and bad but look at the pics and video to get a better idea of the truck's condition (pu'p looks very nice), good luck bidding to everyone. On Jun-11-12 at 13:54:42 PDT, seller added the following information: I don' know why the history of my pu'p don't show up, the original sale contract (yes I have it) shows been bougth at Smythe buick dealer in Santa Clara ca, date 09/08/1983 and I added a pic of the vin # so only thing coulded happened is some of previous or the previous owner had it with out registration for some years; I know he had it sitting in a barn for long time and he gave me a bill of sale when I got the truck from him, but I have documentation to proof that came from that dealer.
