This is a very rare 1970 Challenger TA. It is not only a rare color combination Go Mango Oarnge exterior with a burnt oarnge interior, it is a real Mr. Norm fully documented 340 six pack 4spd. The car was bought by me in 2008 from the second owner Doc Buttermore. He owned this car from 1972-2008. The car has 52,000 original miles and has sat in a dry storage and taken out for car shows and cruise nights. After buying the car in 2008 I reinstalled the vynal top which Doc removed years ago and detailed the car. It is a time capsule. The factory matching motor has never been apart. All original engine components are intact including the barb, with the original Mr. Norm throttle linkage. It has the original duel point distributor that was curved by Gary Dyer. The manual 4spd transmission is not numbers matching but shifts awesome. It has a 3.91 posi, power disc brakes, and manual steering. Original exhaust, 15/7 steel wheels with dog dish hubcaps. The Burnt Oarnge interior is in great shape. In between the buckets sits a clean floor console. The AM 8 Track stereo sits in the non rally dash. The original owner had a column mounted Sun Tack, rear window defogger and trunk light added. It had one repaint in 1980 and still remains clean and shinny. The right mirror is painted body color Go-Mango Oarnge. The car came with chin spoilers and NOS parts were added in the 70's. The documentation on this car is incredible. It has the buils sheets, purchase oder, car trade in details and much more Mr. Norm Grand Spalding Dodge receipts including a key chain given to me and signed by the man himself. Mr. Norm looked over the car and remembered it and loved it. He also signed it in three spots. The car was featured in Mopar Collectors Guide March 2011 I am putting the reserve low because Ihave to many toys and want to sell.
