For Sale: My 1971 MGB Convertable. This is a restoration project where the vehicle is inspected, and registered, and running. I have replaced with new, the top, windshield, water pump, distributor, rear leaf springs, new head, valves, springs, Ansa Exhaust and seats. I have just changed the oil and coolant, and it is ready for some engine tuning. The car has been running hot, and I am troubleshooting, but no longer have the time to play with it, and it needs a new home. It has 79000+ miles and is a four speed manual transmission, which shifts nicely. I have over $3500.00 recently invested, and it would be a great project for someone to finish. A $500.00 Deposit with Paypal required at close of auction, remainder to be paid before pickup. Clean Title, running. On Jun-03-12 at 13:01:00 PDT, seller added the following information: The vehicle is in good condition, there are some rust spots showing above the rear tire and lower rocker panel. They were fixed by the previous owner before me, but will need attention in the future. The car is being listed locally as well, so I reserve the right for the local sale, but honestly I am not putting much into selling it local. This vehicle being used is sold as is without warrenty.
