This 911 is in overall good condition except for the engine. Note the engine appears to be seized and will not crank. It has 70K miles, zero accidents on Autocheck and is a clean title. Oil and Coolant have mixed and the extent of the engine damage is undetermined. It is my belief that over the winter in Maine, when the car was stored outdoors, that the coolant may have frozen and cracked something internally. In February the car ran fine and then was forgotten about for a few months while waiting for parts to come in. The rest of the car is very good, the bumper was missing I put a new, used, bumper on and there was a small dent over the left front wheel well that was repaired so their is previous paint work on the car. Everything works on the car, tires are good, brakes are fine, wheels are not curbed. The driver side headlight is 100%. If it were not for the engine, this car would not be for sale. I do not have the time or energy to repair the car. I know what it is and what it can be. If you have the skills, desire and interest, you can add add a used engine, available from many sources, expect to pay $8-$10,000 for the engine or you can buy a re-built engine for around $11-$12,000. Given the low miles, overall condition, clean title and zero accident AutoCheck history, you will be buying a Porsche that will serve you well for years to come. How did I purchase the car and when? I bought the car as a Bank Repo in February 2012 from South Carolina. It was disclosed that the headlights and front bumper were stolen. That's why the new bumper and headlights, as mentioned, the driver is new from Porsche, and the passenger side is used but fully functional.
