You are looking at 1978 VW Automatic Bus. This bus supposed to be a great project for me but then I realized my eyes were too big for my stomach. So I am now selling it to someone who has a passion for VW's. The body is in really good condition compared others on the market. There are several rust spots, but it seems to be surface rust on the body. In the bottom of the van is questionable. You should be able to see the details in the picture link below. I had already taken the engine and gas tank out and realized how much it was going to cost me to rebuild it. That is why you all the engine parts in the pictures. The transmission is still intacted to bus. I am had no idea where to start on that. The gas tank is salvageable. It is really rusty on the inside but after a good clean, it should be back to normal. The interior is also in good condition and can definitely be reused. Overall, this would a great rebuilding project. Happy Hunting and let me know if you have any further questions!
