DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
A $1000 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of the end of the auction. The balance is due in full upon vehicle pickup or within 7 days, whichever comes first. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. We accept wire transfers, cashier’s checks, money orders, personal checks, and corporate checks for payment. Deposits can also be made with any major credit card or Paypal. We also provide financing through several national banks and credit unions in order to get you the best rate possible. You can apply for pre-approval for financing through our website at http://www.hubbardgm.com. Just click on “Credit Application” under the finance tab at the top of the screen. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding.

Fee and Tax Information: DOCUMENTATION FEE
A $199 documentation fee will be assessed on all vehicle purchases to cover all governmental and notary fees required to process your title work on our end.
SALES TAX
We are required by Indiana Sate Law to collect 7% sales tax on any vehicle picked up within Indiana. You will receive a form showing what sales tax you have paid on your vehicle and you will present this form to your home state when registering your vehicle. Indiana will then transfer that sales tax to your state. The only exceptions to this rule are the states or Arkansas and Alabama. These two states do not have a reciprocal sales tax agreement with Indiana.
We do not have to collect any sales tax on vehicles that are shipped out of state. Also, sales tax is not collected on vehicles sold to another dealer if the dealer can provide a copy of a valid resale certificate for their home state.
