1965 FORD MUSTANG GT TRIBUTE NEW SILVER PAINT NEW INTERIOR V8 STYLED WHEELS Up for auction is a beautiful classic 1965 Ford Mustang coupe. It is a blast to drive and receives plenty of thumbs up and complimpents where ever it goes. Brand new paint silver paint job with black GT rocker striping. Paint is a single stage with integrated clear coat. It has some minor imperfections, but still shows nicely. Body is straight, no waves or rust. New front windshield, new grill, new grill moldings, new trunk lock assembly. Remaining exterior trim is all original and in good shape. Original black plate still on the car. Wheels are re-conditioned 14x7 Styled Steel Pony wheels. Futura GLS Super Sport 235/60/14. Tires have plenty of tread. The motor a 302 small block. Not sure of the exact mileage. Motor is turn key and runs great! Edelbrock 650 carburetor, Edelbrock Torker 2 intake, Cobra air cleaner and valve covers. Dual exhaust. New parts include: Motorcraft distributor, wires, cap, rotor and plugs. New battery, new starter solenoid, new battery tray, new fuel pump, new radiator. Transmission is a C4 Cruis-o-matic three speed automatic. It shifts good through all gears. Interior has been replaced including: New seats, new dash pad, new door panels, new arm rest pads, new carpet, new kick panels, new rear shelf tray, new gauge cluster bezel, new Grant GT brushed aluminum steering wheel. All interior metal paneling has been refinished in gloss black. Headliner was replaced several years ago and is in good shape. Jensen CD deck with brand new 6" Dual brand speakers. Brakes work good and the suspsension handles nicely. Poly bushings and rear air shocks. New brake master cylinder has been installed. This Mustang is set up for power steering and all that is needed to complete the system is the pump. Undercarriage is nice and clean with no visisble rust. Trunk is nice with no rust. Gas tank has been replaced. Spare wheel and brand new trunk mat included. Listed are a couple of issues with the Mustang: Dash gauges/lamps do not function. Rear passenger tail light lens has a crack.
