This is a repossessed vehicle that I am listing for the lender. I will attempt to describe the vehicle to the best of my knowledge of the history of the vehicle as well as my observation of the vehicle. Every effort is made to accurately describe the vehicle. Conditions are my opinion and may vary from person to person. The vehicles have not been inspected by mechanics unless stated specifically. Understand as a repossessed car there may be flaws that were overlooked in the inspection. If something is specifically important to you and not addressed in the description make no assumptions and contact me and we will discuss. Motor: The motor does not run. I do not know what is wrong with it. The vehicle was located by the lender at a residence that the owner had abandoned the vehicle at for 2 years. The odometer shows 406,000 miles. Transmission: I do not know if the transmission works or not. Body: There is a dent in the passenger side rear ¼ panel. The bumper has damage. The clear coat is fading on top and the hood. The front drivers ¼ panel is pushed back possibly from the bumper issue. Interior: The carpet and seats are badly stained. The headliner is stained. The driver seat is broke. Power options: I do not know if any of the windows, locks, or ac works. Tires and brakes: Tires are poor. Let’s not kid ourselves on this vehicle. It needs a lot of work. It will need to be towed from it’s current location. Lender has to sell thru a bid process and highest bidder wins. I hope you can appreciate the straightforwardness of the description. The buyer is responsible for any applicable sales tax or registration in their home state. The buyer is responsible for the pickup of the vehicle or arranging their own shipping. We will work with the shipping company to make process as easy as possible. Winning bidder is required to pay a $250 deposit via PayPal within 48 hours of auction close. Buyer must contact us within 48 hours of auction ending to make final arrangements. Final payment and pick up of the vehicle is to be completed within 7 days of auction ending. Payment method is either cash in person or certified funds. The buyer will receive a title, bill of sale, and T-16 affidavit of repossession. Remember these are used cars that the lender has limited history on. The only known is that the prior owner did not pay for the vehicle. Understand that as a used car there is a possibility of mechanical failure.
