auctioning the car for my brother but can answer any questions. we have a parts car in the drive way so i havnt gotten a chance to take the 64 out for better picture or to wash and wax it. 1964 thunder bird, factory ac, power steering, power brakes, power windows.engine runs but smokes badly. will need engine swapped out. i do have a new 390 short block that had crank micro polished, speed pro pistons 30 over and reconditioned rods. will need a cam installed .have a 360 long block that goes with the car too. has the cam that was intened for the 390. plus another c6 transmission that was rebuilt before being put in the shed. the power windows work as well as all the gauges and lites interior is in excellent shape and all original except new carpet. only flaw is the lower carpeted part of the door panel on drivers side needs glued back on. have an new black head liner in case you want to change colors. i just noticed that the mirrow adjustment know on the driver door panel is gone, not sure if we have it ill have to look around the paint is OK, needs washed waxed and buffed, its been sitting in the garage for two years. i took a picture of a spot were the paint has faded and surface rust has started. nothing steel wool wouldnt fix but would need touch up paint. the battery tray has some rust bit nothing major. other than that there is no rust. all stainless looks excellent, the chromes in good shape with exception of two small dents in rear bumper. do have a spare bumper with a smaller dent but chrome isnt as bright. would be a better candidate if you wanted to rechrome one. tires are OK and not dry rotted. have two sets of hub caps. the original 64 and some 66 ones. brakes shoes and brake cylinders replaced has holly 650 that was new when we stored the car. now needs gasket kit. ran great before developing a engine knock and smoking. feel free to ask questions.
