Vehicle Detail

This 1966 pontiac lemans seems to be in good condition for its age. I bought this car from a guy that said his dad owned it Im not sure if they were the only owners or not. I bought it around two years ago and had it painted at that time. The paint job looked great when it was painted but since then has had some bubbles pop up around the car. They not to noticeable unless you come up close to look. There are also a few small cracks in the paint but again not to noticable. The body to me seems extremely straight so to my knowledge dont believe this car has ever been wrecked. The floor pans are very solid the trunk had a few small rust holes that the painted patched up. Im not in a position to get the car somewhere to put it on a lift to show the underside but it is as well in great shape other than normal surface rust. I will be putting up more pics of the car to show more of it.This car has power steering and does drive very nice when driving down the road. The guy i bought it from had the engine and transmission rebuilt and both run and sound great. I had new brake pads put on and the brakes work but need some bleeding or something since there not the best . This car is fast but with a little tweeking Im sure it could blow the doors off. I have driven it like you would treat your parent so to care for it and keep it nice. I am not sure if this is the original engine or transmission...i bought the car for my own enjoyment but am not able to use it due to caring for my disabled parent and is why Im selling the car to help with expenses. My first time selling on ebay so i will also get more pics of this this car so you can see as much as possible. There have never been any oil or transmission leaks since I ve had the car. I have always driven it when possible to just keep everything going . The headliner was the original and i bought one and had it replaced but later it started falling down so its new but ive cut it in some places since it was dangling around, if you have one put in the interior would look great. If you have questions 352-246-4305 and i will be able to answer anytime after 12 noon.. I love this car its been a joy to have and have everyone drawn to it so to whoever buys it im sure you'll feel the same.
