Vehicle Detail

Up For Auction is a 1956 Ford Pick-Up Truck! ALL ORIGINAL...Very Very Low Reserve! Switching to a different project... The 56 Ford Truck has a V-8 with a 3 Speed on the Tree. The truck runs and drives fine. All the lights, signals, wipers, radio work as they should. The Truck starts right up, but does have a little smoke at start-up if it has been sitting. Keep in mind this is an old Farm Truck, it does not go very fast. It does have a cracked windshield, but it does not obstruct your vision while driving. The doors open and close as they should. The windows roll up and down properly. From what I was told from the previous owner, this truck has been in their family all of it's life. They also told me that the 56 Ford is all Original, same Motor, Transmission and Body Panels. The Previous owner also stated that it's been about 10-15 years on it's last rebuild. So far my wife and I put about 900 miles on the truck taking it to shows and just cruising around town. It is currently registered with Antique Plates and insured, so if you would like to come by and take it for a ride you are more than welcome. The body of truck is in pretty good shape, it's not perfect but a great start if you're wanting to make it a show truck. There are no rust holes or anything like that. The Interior just like the body is in good shape, but not perfect. There is no tears in the seat and I beleive all the electrical stuff works. Just under the door hinge on both sides there is a small rust hole, but it does not affect the door hinge or the operation of the door at all. The lower hinges are still very solid. The Motor seems to be lacking a little bit of power, but does start right up. You can go 55 mph with no problems. Keep in mind it does have a little bit of smoke at start up if it has been sitting. Overall, the 1956 Ford Truck is in Pretty Good Shape. I beleive in Great Shape for the amount of money my wife and I are asking for it. The Truck is not perfect, and I do not claim for it to be perfect. Just like any old vehicle it will need some TLC. The truck can be left alone and driven just the way it is if that's what your looking for. Like I said earlier, my wife and I drive it around town and to shows just the way it is. We are very honest eBayers, please look at our feedback. I don't know much about the truck. My wife saw it and we bought it. We enjoyed the truck, but just started a different project. If you are the high bidder and you come see the truck and are not 100% satisfied with my description or the truck we will refund your deposit no questions asked. We want you to be completely satisfied. However, for what we are asking for the truck I think you'll be very pleased. This truck is being sold locally, therefore I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. If you have any questions please let us know. There is no such thing as a dumb question. We want you to be completely confident in your bid. Thank's for looking and Good Luck Bidding!
