Selling my 1976 Fj40 Toyota Landcruiser. Needs some TLC, but a great candidate for a restoration. This is the most original & unmolested FJ I have ever seen. 68,000 original miles. Top has never been off the vehicle. Has not run in a few years but was running when parked. Clear title is included. Desirable year, that includes the larger 2F engine, front disk brakes, 4 spd transmission, new style front & rear doors among other options. Has the typical cruiser rust. Rear tub, door bottoms & spots along the body. Many of the parts such as fenders, rear floor, doors have only moderate damage & are easily repairable. Most of the rust was due to sitting so frame is in really nice condition besides minor rust on the bumper supports which are easily repaired. .99 cents opening bid with no reserve! This cruiser easily is worth a few thousand dollars in parts, although it has too much potential to be parted out. Sale includes solid Fender skirts, tire carrier, gas door, jack as well as a good collection of spare parts. Restored hood & bib have just been installed. I also have most of the other parts needed to restore this cruiser available for sale. (Brand new 1/2 tub, restored ambulance doors, restored hardtop sides, seat covers, jump seats, factory sheet metal etc.) I started replacing a lot of the bolts with stainless, replacing some of the older parts & aquiring parts to finish but I just aqquired a new project & dont have time to get to this one with all the other Fj's I have for awhile. Original & restored Fj's sell for $25 - $45,000 so you have a great base vehicle here to get started on. I've restored countless Fj's & currently own 5 of them along w/ other classics.
