Here is a nice 1931 Ford Model A Pickup Truck. This is the first time this is being offered up for sale, my plans were to drive it this summer but i just bought another car so one has to go. This is a nice original 1931 Ford pickup truck that starts up and runs good, stops and goes nicely. This truck has a solid straight frame that has a good running 4 cyl engine. The engine has been detailed and looks great. We have a car grille shell on the truck, looks a little better then the painted original. Rims are painted with good newer stock style tires with original ford hub caps. The radiator has been gone through, has new exhaust, new king pins, new glass and channels, windows roll up and down nicely. The starter has been rebuilt, as has the generator and the carb has also been rebuilt. The pickup box is very nice with good solid wood with proper patina look. The truck is painted satin black paint, 2nd part primer sealer, keeps water from getting to metal. Paint job is nice, very presentable for a driver. This car originally came from st louis. We had the body all disassembled, had a great body man install all the patch panels to the cab, lower front cowl. Truck cab is solid and pretty nice. Truck has a new top and wood kit, installed nicely. The interior has a nice original style bench seat, dash has nice gauges and parts detailed. The truck has a pair of cowl lights adds a good look. We build this truck to drive around this summer. I like the truck the way it is, but if the new owner wants to take it to the next level it is a great foundation to work with. The truck needs a few things to finish it up, the headlites and cowl lights need to be wired up and the speedo needs to be hooked up. This is a good truck to drive as is and have some fun working on as you go. This truck has great attention to detail, not a perfect truck but one you can sure have fun with while taking it to the next level if desired. We are offering this at No Reserve and its here priced to sell. The winner will need to take care of a down payment of 500.00 at the end of the auction. The remaining balance will be cash on pick up, or bank check if you cant pick up within a week of auction ending. All funds must clear before truck moves.
