Up for sale is our 2001 BMW Z3 with only 64,000 miles. We are soon to have our first kid so here comes the sedan. The original owner had it until 2010 or 43,000 miles. He was an older gentleman that lived in Highland Park and really took care of it. It has been our toy ever since. The car has always been garaged and is near flawless overall. After purchase, I had all (very few) dings and scratches repaired and the entire car buffed. It shines better than new with a very rare metallic blue / grey color . Many people think it is new. The tires are Z rated Yokohomas with more than 50% tred. They have been on the car for approximatly 12,000 miles. The brakes and brake disc for all 4 wheels were replaced 2 months back. The engine has always been serviced according to the manual. Castrol synthetic has always been used as designated on the engine. All the engine seals were replaced as a precaution just over a year back...no leaks. The interrior is in near perfect shape. It has real leather, heated seats and the "M" trim package with wood grain. The stereo / CD player, A/C, cruiser control and all other accessories work perfectly as designed. The alloy wheels shine well and are nearly defect free (no curbings). The front spoiler is in great shape (minor scratches). As they have very low clearance, the spoilers are typically trashed. I really don't want to let it go but can't afford a convertable, sedan, nanny...and whatever else my wife wants. :) If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
