I have a 1989 Volkswagen GTI in great condition. It has high miles but still many left to go. It is a 1.8 liter engine with a Borla exhaust system installed. The interior is in perfect condition. It has a custom steering wheel, All new re-covered Recaro seats, Blaupunkt Stereo, 4 new Sony speakers, and Sun Roof. On the exterior there are minor rock chips on the hood and behind the front wheels. It has two sets of tires on separate rims. In the pictures the car is wearing its snow tires and rims. Its summer/racing tires are mounted on black Borbet rims. On top there is a Thule roof-rack that also blocks wind for a great drive with the sunroof open. It has a custom front grill, and rear taillights are both new. It has never been in a wreck. There are maintenance records and it has been owned and maintained by a certified Volkswagen mechanic until I recently bought it, and still have properly maintained it. Recently a new power-steering pump was installed and it runs great. This car is fun to drive in the summer and winter both, with a 0-60 in under 7 seconds, and it handles great on corners. Its lightweight helps handle great on ice and snow too. Over all it is a great little GTI with a perfect combination of fun and fuel economy.
