This car has spent all of it's life in Appleton, WI. I have the sale contract to the 2nd owner in 1953. The title is still in that owner's wife's name. There is some rust but it's not bad. The floors and trunk appear solid. The engine and automatic transmission were sold some time ago but can be traced to Southern Wisconsin where they may still be available. After passing to a grandson, it was sold to a man who wanted a rat rod. The body work is amature, but easily sanded smooth. The headliner is gone but the metal rods remain. The door panels and rear seat are loose in the car. This is a suicide door car. The glass is mostly good with some aging on the vent windows. The original inside door trim and handles are included with the car. I purchased 2" lowering blocks for the front and 3" lowering blocks for the rear. I will sell them seperately if you want them. I have located BUT NOT PURCHASED automatic door openers that unlock and push the door open a little and it would include a trunk release. Of course power windows are available. New perfect reproduction fender skirts are available. Basically, this is a very solid start to a lead sled or rat rod and it's afordable. I will work with a shipper. I prefer a $500 deposit through PayPal and a cashiers check or bank transfer for the balance. I don't ship out of the country. Please, no stupid offers from scam artists. This is a NO RESERVE auction.
