1986 honda 250r,complete frame off restoration.The frame was bead blasted and powdercoated with a silver base coat,then a clear top coat.The swingarm,front hub,motor mounts and other parts were powdercoated hammertone silver.It has the original 86 motor ( it was painted black ) the motor has never been touched,it runs fantastic with the only mods being boyesen reeds,k&n filter,fmf pipe and an esr silencer.I am also selling a B.D.T. motorsports brand new crate motor with this bike,its bored over .030 with a forged piston,new rings,bearings,seals,waterpump,stator,89 clutch upgrade,v force reeds,38 mm airstryker carb,polished and powdercoated and zero hours on this motor.I bought this motor for the restoration,but the original motor runs so strong i decided to save the crate motor as a future backup.I will try to give a comprehensive list of all parts,here goes.New oem honda factory original parts - New,rear fenders,front fender,radiator shrouds,ohtsu h-track tires,fuel petcock,on/off run light switch,hand grips and end caps,overflow bottle,rear master cylinder fill,front fork boots.A list of new aftermarket parts - new,streamline stainless brake lines,asv levers,fmf pipe,esr silencer,front master cylinder,dura blue x-33 heavy duty chrome axle and hubs,prm skid plate,chain and sprockets,douglas red label polished rims,new oil and front fork seals,rebuilt and powdercoated brake calipers and brake pads,double row bearing carrier,k&n air filter,boyesen reeds,wheel bearings,swingarm bearings,stainless bolt kit,chrome kickstarter,shifter,chainguard,front skidplate and brake pedal.I might have forgotten some things but if it had a seal or a bearing,it was replaced.If it could be powdercoated,polished or chromed it was,so i think you get the general idea!! Extra parts include,original rims,rear fender,axle and hubs,pipe,tool box,brake pedal,shifter,kickstater,headlight guard and a new clarke fuel tank.I did not want to list the bike,motor and parts in seperate auctions,so im selling all of it in a package deal.I have over $2,000.00 in just the crate motor,carb and intake, so Im selling all of this at a great price, If your looking for a 250r,this is the one.
