Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 You are bidding on a RARE!! Toyota Stout (1967 Truck). This is a beautiful truck to restore or just drive the way it is. I will be describing everything good about the truck at first. 1. Rebuilt Engine (only 1000 miles on rebuilt engine) 2. Strait body ( only has a few dings) 3. Original Engine 4. Original Transmission 5. Four on the tree (this means that the stick shift is near the dash by the steering wheel.) 6. Original dash 7. New Tires ( around 1000 miles) 8. New Wheels ( around 1000 miles) 9. Runs and drives good 10 Clear Title These are the specs of this particular model some things may be a little off since the engine was rebuilt and tires and wheels changed. Second generation (1963-1968) Manufacturer Toyota Assembly Japan Predecessor RK Successor RK110 Class light truck Body style pickup Layout front-engine, rear-wheel drive Platform ladder frame Engine Type R, 3R-B, 5R Transmission 4 speed manual Wheelbase 2800 mm Length 4695 mm Width 1690 mm Height 1750 mm Curb weight 835 kg Completely redesigned in 1963 this is the most familiar version of the Stout. The Japanese market had the 1453 cc Type R engine in the RK45 and the 1897 cc 3R-B engine in the RK100. Export out of Japan began in September 1967 with the RK101. In some markets (e.g. North America) it was replaced by the slightly smaller Hilux in 1968 but in many other markets (e.g. South-East Asia and Australia) it was sold alongside the Hilux. The RK101 used the 1994 cc 5R engine. Conventional mechanical parts were used in the form of leaf springs and 4 wheel drum brakes on a ladder frame chassis. Body styles included a pickup (2-door, 3 seater), a double-cab pickup (4-door, 6 seater) and a 2-door van. Now for the things that are wrong with the truck. 1. There a hole on the driver’s side floor board. (around the size of a grapefruit.) Easy fix with a little welding. 2. Speedometer is disconnected 3. The upholstery is bad. (look at pictures) But you can find new upholstery for around 250-300 dollars. 4. Key missing for glove box. The rest is cosmetic and easy to fix. But due to the age of the truck it is being sold as-is.(DDR Packard is not included) I guaranty it will run but please take this into account when bidding. This is an extremely rare truck in the states. Whoever is the new owner is a lucky person. I hope you will restore it to its beautiful original condition.
