For sell today is a 2001 Nissan Maxima with 119,000 miles at an amazing price of $3,000.00 or best offer! You are not going to find this car, in this condition, with this many miles on it for this price! My lost is your gain :-) This 01’ Max is a great starter car for anyone or general commute a car for anyone just starting out or transitioning. It runs really good. I have not had any problems with the engine, transmission, or any major repair needs in the 4.5 years that I’ve owned it. The car was inspected two weeks ago in Pennsylvania and is good until 2/13. If it was up to me then I would keep it but I just brought a new car and I no longer have the space or the money to keep it. The car does have a few minor repairs that are need: 1. The muffler needs to be replaced at some point. a. The latch that connects the muffler to the exhaust pipe broke off and the mechanic stated that I could either replace the muffler or have it welded on to the exhaust pipe and later on down the line I will have to replace both the muffler and that portion of the exhaust pipe. The muffler, itself, is only 2 years old but since its not connected to the exhaust pipe you can hear it rattling when you it the slightest bump. 2. The rear bumper has a fairly crack it in. a. It’s completely cosmetic so I opted not to have it repairs. 3. There are also scratches on the passenger side door for a three years ago. 4. The rear defroster never worked. I had the car for 4.5 years and I never saw the need to fix it. As long as I had hit in the winter, AC in the summer, and the car ran good then I was fine.
