Having to relist this car due to a bidder who bid this car up and took it away from others that might have really wanted it. So here it is again this time it has a buy it now for someone who just wants to own this to restore, which is where I hope this goes. I usually do not except Zero feedback bidders and this is why. If you have zero feedback email before you bid please. 1971 Cutlass S. I am the third owner of this vehicle, but have never resgistered it. Runs and drives good could use a tune up. Just push the gas pedal to the floor which engages the factory choke and turn the key. As you can see from the pictures it is a car that is a good original candidate to be restored. This car is originally code 53 Saturn Gold with a black bench seat interior which it still retains. The motor is a 350 Rocket with 4bbl (doesnt smoke), and a turbo 350 automatic which is what this car came with from the factory. A previous owner had used primer everytime a small amount of rust started forming on the surface. It was primed black just to keep it one color and was not meant to be anything more. It has power steering, power front disc brakes, Factory air conditioning, Factory tinted glass, Factory sport remote mirrors. Original rear seat perfect condition. Also the original door panels are all there in nice shape. Dash is also good with the only mod being a triple gauge setup that the last owner had installed. All other options are on the build sheet which I found under the rear package tray, and goes with the car. The body is a typical 41yr old car body and is in decent shape. Frame is good with only surface rust. The floors are in great shape the rear floor has some surface rust but no rot. The front passenger side has been patched before, drivers is good. The fenders would need to be replaced, as well as a small section in each rear quarter panel. I would also replace the hood and trunk lid if I were restoring it. The car had factory chrome moldings that ran along the rockers and around the wheel wells that I still have for it. Along that area there is a hole that you can see in the picture. The trunk center section is perfect but it needs patches on the sides and back near the trunk lid on either side. Front plastic inner fenders are good, below the battery tray is a small rotted area which is pretty normal for all these A body cars. The original factory rims are there as well as the spare in the trunk. Bumpers are shot and im not 100% sure but I think the front bumper is a 1970. If it is I dont know when it was added. Tires are in good shape. All lights work along with door buzzer, AM radio, heater turns on and gets warm, dome light, wipers. Good project car to restore, or drive while you fix.
