Hi 1987 Lincoln Town Car. Canvas type hard roof (dark blue very good condition ). Auto check vehicle history report done 08/27/2009, no accidents. Purchased 9/11/09 no accidents, for $2985. Paint job 2010 $710.00. Alternator, New full exhaust 6/3/11. New front brakes, pads/rotors 10/18/11. $1048 for these repairs only. Current PA inspection thru06/2012. GAR kept till date of purchase 9/11/09. No major dents or rust. New driver window motor 7/2010. Three inch crack left side windshield under inspection sticker has not moved since purchase and was inspected passing each year. Full power options. Approx 128,000 orig. miles. Interior wear to leather with minor cracks on door panel arm rests. Am/fm/cd faceplate. Canvas hard top VG condition, clean no rips or tears. Interior and exterior very clean, interior headliner excellent, All leather white, age and minor usage wear to interior parts. Driver arm rest leather cracking when in down position . I had the oil changed every 3000 miles or less. Battery currently able to be jumped for start, Goodyear tires all good shape with plenty of tread 10/18/11. Very good condition vehicle. Excellent running condition. Only 4960 miles avg per year on car. Air conditioning and heat excellent. Fully alarmed with digital valet alarm fob. Large clean trunk. Original mats. This is being sold as is, and is in very good condition for it's age. Not new, newer, or like new etc. Approx. 16 miles per gal. city/ 22hwy. Very comfortable ride, no bangs or clanging when driving. Books at about $2500-2700 and remember it has a new exhaust from the engine to tail pipe and new front brakes and rotors. Delivery/pickup you're responsibility. Clean title held by owner. Minor scratches and dings but overall excellent body condition. Be aware this car is a classic and is 25 years old. NOT PERFECT, but pretty darn nice looking in/out. I would normally say buyer beware, but this is a VG looking and running vehicle for the money. Very smooth ride since vehicle weighs approx. 4500 lbs. Parking brake pull handle in compartment is off of the cable, but can be repaired and does work by just pulling the cable to release. Hood holds have no air in tubes when open so I use a prop to hold up the hood. These I consider as the major problems. Ford 302 cu inch 8 cylinder engine provides plenty of power and has no knocks or taps. Questions welcome, but not many more photos.
