You are bidding on a 1963 Chevy Impala. This car is super straight with only a few very minor flaws. The is a small area of rust at the bottom of the right hand fender where the fender meets the door. This is a small spot that would not require much to fix. There was another small spot of rust in front on the right hand rear wheel well. I cut that spot out and replaced it with a patch panel. Behind the right hand rear wheel well there is another small area that will need some attention. Other than those three small spots the body is solid as you can ask for. The three areas I mentioned are a walk in the park to anyone who is planning on building any car. The floors are solid in the trunk. The interior of the car is solid as well with the exception of a spot about 5" X 5" on the right hand front floor board. I pulled the front clip off the car and stripped all of the mouldings, interior, and glass. This was done to prepare the car for media blasting. All of the parts have been bagged and tagged and safely stored in a climate controlled building. The car itself is also in a climate controlled building. The engine is a 350 that has been fully rebuilt. Runs great. The transmission is a Turbo 350 automatic. The dual exhaust is all new from the headers back and looks great. This car has really nice chrome, all of the stainless is in good condition, the glass is all good except for the windshield, it has a crack. The seats are included but need to be reupholstered. Also have the interior panels, but they need to be redone as well. This car is perfect for someone that want to build a custom OR a full restoration. There is no signs of body work being done to this car, the paint is original, but in poor shape. The car is for sale locally, so I may need to end the auction early should a buyer come through.
