2002 PT Cruiser Touring 149k Good Car. No reserve. tommotrl Store On Mar-13-12 at 22:38:35 PDT, seller added the following information:One more very important thing- the dashboard airbag light is on and has been since I got the car. the Foxtons Real Estate fleet mechanic said they were all like that, but I didn't like it. I took it to the dealer when I first got the car and they told me that's because there's an aftermarket on/off switch on the passenger air bag, which changes the resistance in the circuit and throws on the dash light. They also said that both airbags would still fire normally (as long as the passenger side was switched on,) but the light probably wouldn't ever go out, and they could not work on it because it is a non-Chrysler part in the system which is "covered under their own separate warranty." I have the receipt from this service visit with notes from 7/13/05. The light is annoying, but it was the only way to get the passenger airbag to turn off and on when Foxtons put the laptop rack in it.
