VIN 5F07C795783 Door Tag Code Data Body: 65A 2 Door Hardtop, Standard Interior Color: Y Silver Blue Metallic Trim: 22 Blue Crinkle Vinyl, Standard Interior Date: 20U July 20, 1965 D.S.O: 53 Kansas City Axle: 6 2.80:1, Conventional Trans: 6 C4 Automatic Original drive train with 289 V8 (factory tag still on intake) and automatic transmission. Runs and drives. A new battery and fuel pump have been installed recently. Original interior in excellent condition.(pics don't do it justice....much cleaner than pics show). Factory A/C. Body appears to have had some touch ups as I can see minor overspray on rear trunk seal. Front lower fenders have rust spot as seen in pictures (very inexepensive fix). Rest of body is pretty solid with very nice paint. Original spare tire and jack are even there! Nice example of a '65 in mostly original condition. I purchased this car from the wife of the second owner at an estate auction. Documentation I found in the glove box include original owners manuall, insurance cards from the 80's(second owners name),maintainance receipts from 30 years ago, 1960's map, and sales brochure ( all included in sale here). Update 3/14/2012: Took the car for a short drive last night. Fired up first turn of the key.Ran very well. Brakes are very good.Shifted nicely. Blinkers, headlights, and high beams all worked. E brake held good. $500 deposit with 24 hours. Balance paid in full within 7 days. Car must be picked up within 30 days. Buyer responsible for pick-up and or shipping.
