I have kept it covered in a a/c-Heater Facility until today. I kept every single doc and mailer some opened , some not. The car is still under MCO (Certificate of Origin) and is untitled. The cars that go across the block at the Famous World BJ Auction usually bring $15-$25k more for Untitled MCO cars so I never titled it purposely and suggest that it stay that way however if you want to draw a title on it then you are welcome to but its the buyers responsibility, I do not live in AZ any longer and will not transport the car all the way back to draw a title.
