NOW, 1999 Mercury Sable LS sedan 3.0 OHV V6 AT AC CC PW PL PS Leather/Cloth mix interior I just installed a new muffler, two (2) newer tires & car was sent to detail shop & all cleaned up for its next owner on 3-3-12I wouldn't be afraid to drive this car cross-country!NO leaks, shakes or shimmies!I would put my daughter or grandmother in it to drive. Mechanically the car appears to be in sound condition. Tires & brakes appear to be in good condition, Transmission shifts through all the gears just fine. Body of the car is in my opinion is in fair/good shape CONSIDERING its age, there is some rust & scraps. Overall the interior is in good condition with normal wear. Great car for student or use as a daily commuter. I have put a few hundred miles on it & everything seems to be fine, drives like a average '99 car should If your looking for something in a mid-size car & is dependable, well here it is. IT IS NOT BRAND NEW, don't expect it to be!
