For sale is a 1969 Subaru 360. I'll start with the assumption that if you are looking at this auction, that you know something about these unusual vehicles. For more info, I recommend visiting the following website:http://www.subaru360club.org/membership.html This 1969 Subaru 360 Sedan only has 25,851 miles, it is all original and it only had 2 owners, I'm told the paint is its original orange paint, and the interior is also original and in good condition, it is a 4 speed with, 2 cyl. 2 stroke with oil injection. ( please look at the pics for condition, IT LOOKS VERY VERY GOOD FOR A 1969 ORIGINAL ) I purchased a property along with its entire content. There are number of classic vehicles as part of my purchase due to they were collectors. I do not know much about Subaru 360s and that is why I am selling it. ( I am also a collector, I only collect 60s cnvt. Caddies and my wife collects MGs, look at our past feedback and u shall see 100% and we have sold classics) As to the 360, I know they purchased it in 2000, and they were the 2nd owners according to them, also they stated that the 360 has not been driven since 2003. But has been started and maintained by their staff as part of their collection routinely. Along with the vehicle, there is a large binder full of information regarding the 360. Such as, owners manual, parts list, repair manual, and so on. I have not driven the 360. I have charged the battery, opened the carb breather hose and sprayed starting fluid, and the motor ran with no hesitation for a minute or so. It took me 15 minutes to do that, and that is the extend of time I am willing and have put into this vehicle.( due to lack of interest) I further know that the rear wheels are locked up either its in gear or the brakes are jammed up.(I have not applied the clutch, I dont want to damage the plate,arm,cable or etc. without inspection ) I can not vouch for the condition of the transmission, carbs, differential, brakes, bearings, etc. I encourage you to come take a look at this classic.
