1965 Mustang real deal GT  A code  "Shelby tribute" I just completed a full ground up restoration on this beautiful numbers matching rust free California car with some very tasteful Shelby upgrades. BODY AND PAINT We started with a completely stock 65 Gt with 83,000 Original miles the car was sent to Kye the owner of European Motor Car Works to strip the car down to the metal and completely disassemble the car.  Once the car was stripped we decided to have Kye add Shelby ELEANOR  Spoiler trunk, Side scoops, Lower apron, and Hood. The spoiler trunk and Side scoops seams were filled to give the appearance of being molded in to the body. once premiered and blocked out several times to be laser straight Kye gave Her a  HOUSE OF KOLOR Candy Apple Red Pearl three stage paint job. After body and paint complete we had a custom fabricated upper and lower billet grills, Hood pins, Gt fender markers, GT350 Gas tank cap and GT350 tail light panel emblem  ENGINE Stock "numbers matching" factory equipped  289 with some small modification.  Engine has a very mild cam " Just enough to sound good" Edelbrock Intake Manifolds and carburetor, PerTronix Ignitor III Electronic Ignition system , Griffin Aluminum Performance Radiator with electric fans. TRANSMISSION completely stock C-4 with a B&M pro ratchet shifter EXHAUST SYSTEM  1-5/8" Primaries Hooker Super Competition Long Tube Headers With 2-1/2" pipes back into flowmaster mufflers and stock GT Exhaust tip. REAR-END  Stock rear-end with 3.55 gears. WHEELS AND TIRES Coys C-67 Rear 18 x 8  BFGoodrich g-Force super Sport  245/45/18 Front  17 x 7 BFGoodrich g-Force super Sport  225/45/17 INTERIOR Complete new bright red and white pony interior                   Carpet, Headliner, sun visors, all new seat foams, front and rear seat covers, dash pad and pony window cranks/doorhandles all gages and light work perfectly   This car runs amazing and looks even better.
