I am selling a 1947 Willys cj2a Jeep. I got it from a guy locally who had it around his farm for years and was driving it around until a year or two ago when the clutch went out. He said it ran great when he parked it and he started it up every once in a while to keep things lubricated. When I got the jeep home I put a little gas down the carb and she fired right up, the carburetor was leaking so I had to shut her down. It did smoke some but I think it was from the original owner putting oil down the cylinders so they wouldn't freeze up. I did Not hear any knocking or bad sounds coming from the motor. I don't know much about the jeep other than the clutch and carb need rebuilt. It has a Rare original PTO with shaft and rear gear box for farm implements which are hard to find. Has all 5 original 16" wheels with tires that are in pretty good shape. Has original seat frames engine and tranny. Also comes with another L134 that was supposedly rebuilt but I have no way of verifying that. The jeep does have some rust in the hat channels and some on the body but can be fixed pretty easy.
