Vehicle Detail

1967 Ford Mustang Coupe Rolling Chassis with Engine & Transmission I intended to finish this car but with constant moving in the military and a new family member on the way its time to pass it on to someone who can finish the job. NOTE: This auction is for the car, engine and T5 World Class transmission There is a reserve on this auction. I believe it to be a fair price for a great car, performance engine and world class transmission with all the extra parts. I have a clean title for the car. This car has been taken down to bare metal on all surfaces but the outside driver and passenger door. Surfaces were coated with primer at one point. The car has been garage kept for the majority of the time I have had it. There are some spots needing work before paint. Both doors need a patch on the lower hinge side, the battery box area needs cleaning up, and the firewall needs work where the steering column goes through, the floor pans need some patching. The passenger side needs some small work as somewhere in its life the side got pushed in about 6 inches and ¼ inch deep by the faux vents, its been pulled out but needs a little work still. Lastly the front left quarter panel has a dent and the deck lid has a small dent on the flat side where the lettering is mounted. The front (upper, lower control arms, springs & perches) and rear suspension (leaf) are new Grab-a-Trak parts with a disc brake conversion already done on the front wheels. The rear end is a 9 inch. This project of yours includes the following parts not pictured: New front and rear bumpers New front and rear valences Hood (has “hood pin” holes) w/ hood hinges Wiring harness (new in box) New gauge cluster face & dash trim panels + the old factory gauges & face plate Steering column w/ steering box (stock) Steering box rebuild kit (new) Shelby drop template & drill bit Disc brake hoses & proportioning valve (new) Stock front bucket seats w/ original leather Stock rear bench seat w/ original leather Sound deadener (stock)(new) Black carpet (new) Headliner (new) w/ retention bars Interior and exterior door handles (new) Interior window handles (new) All glass Extra quarter windows Fuel tank (new) Door panels (new) Flowmaster 40 series mufflers (2)(new) New front steering linkage Heavy duty front and rear sway bar Original steering wheel Master exterior bolt kit Rear back up light/ bezel assemblies (new) Single wire alternator (new) Side vinyl graphics (347ci) w/ rocker stripe Radiator hoses w/ clamps Transmission cross member w/ mount Motor mounts Flywheel 3.73 gears (new) Front fender braces (factory) Flip open fuel cap (new, not screw on like factory) Electric fuel pump New drum brakes for rear Rear drum brake rebuild kit (new) Shocks all around (new) Window regulators (factory) Window channels (factory) Lock cylinders (new) Ignition cylinder (new) Turn signal lever (new) All original items taken off the car when I got it are also available (headlight buckets, rear corners, headlight bezels, side mirror, window trim, hood latch, door latch, faux side vents, wire harness, shifter, wiper motor). I also have a power steering reservoir if you decide to go that route, interior panels. Sorry no spare tire or jack. The engine is 302 block bored .030 over. The cam is a new X303 cam. The crank, rods and pistons are all forged. The heads are off a 351W and have been machined with new bronze guides, with the intake and exhaust being enlarged to 1.67 and 2.02 with stainless steel valves with a 3 angle valve job. The rockers are 1.7 Angus racing roller rockers. The intake is a dual plane with a Holley 750 dbl pumper carb. The ignition is MSD with an MSD box and coil. All parts are new except the block and heads. Also are BBK shorty headers and H pipe w/ hangers. The oil pan is stock capacity but forward sump to fit the car. Also included is a 3 core radiator with 2 – 10 inch electric fans, round Mustang air cleaner with K&N filter. Valve covers are aftermarket “Mustang”. The waterpump is a reverse flow for the serpentine pulleys and the brackets are machined aluminum from March inc. The distributor is MSD with performance plug wires. The engine has 0 miles on it, but has been fired up a few times in the past when everything was fitted. The transmission is a World Class T5 that is fully operational. I can provide pictures of anything listed if you want. I have most of the receipts. As you can see I bought everything with the intention of restoring the car, but with all my moving and a new family member on the way I don’t have time to continue the work. I have to get a nursery ready and focus on the family. About the only things that I can think of that don’t come with the car is a radio, antenna, and drive shaft. The car is listed locally so I reserve the right to end this auction early.
