No Pets, Children & a Smoke - Free Environment helps explain why the interior has been well maintained. BMW Cassette deck installed under a hidden radio panel that automatically lifts up. Three negative points: Vehicle has slight damage to rear right door ( third to last picture). Whereby a support column was scraped inside garage when making a right turn. Front left headlamp has condensation (second to last picture). Windshield has a spider in glass. Safelite repaired it and stabilized it over four years ago. Vehicle has exceptional pickup, engine runs extremely smooth, Handling is a major attribute. It simply handles and performs extremely well on the highway. X5 runs extremely well. Mechanically the vehicle is extremely sound. I would rate the interior condition in exceptional condition. However, the exterior Black paint is not in the same condition as the interior. I would rate it as good. X5 shows no rust but has nicks and blemishes. Please note last picture with BMW emblem. There are scratches. An individual can describe how something is and since it is not a science there is room for error. What one person rates this another may have another rating. I believe, My ex- wife pulled out without looking she pulled into something resulting into damage of the driver mirror and scraping of the driver door. This happened over 8 years ago. So door was painted and outside Driver mirror assembly was completely replaced!X5 was recently serviced! ( in the last month) A brand new Michelin Diamaris rear passenger tire was replaced. A complete Mobil One synthetic oil replacement. Freon was flushed and recharged into system making the air conditioning really cold for the Summer months. A radiator hose was replaced. The coolant was completely flushed from radiator and system. Then new coolant was replaced. Additionally, a brand new battery was replaced in X5. Other 3 tires were inspected and pressure was brought up to proper levels.
