1980 trans am $300.00 non-refundable deposit due within 24 hours of auction end and ballance in full upon pickup!..call if you would like to make other arrangments jimmy 630-201-8384 metallic blue paint and factory correct original charcoal grey/black bird and decals shaker hood snowflake wheels posi rear end t-tops smoked black small block chevy engine/TH350 a/t speedometer reads 45,000mi but probably 145,000mi... actual mileage unknown black interior car has been sitting for a couple years and needs to be gone thru its a project! i have not yet tried to start it or much else for that matter,just hav'nt had time its winter here in chicago and i dont have room inside to do anything with it right now it will need interior work,battery and it could use a rear bumper and pass side taillight it also has some chips in the paint but looks like a million bucks from 10 or 20 feet away it was repainted not to long ago and dose look like it has had some body work done to it,they did a decent job and put brand new decals on it so other than some chips in the paint it actually looks pretty good.. original blue! the interior is black and it has newer front seats that dont belong[probally newer trans am? im not sure],they do recline though wich is a blessing if you ever drove one of these trans am's becouse they never made a tilt seat! it needs carpet and a few other things im sure but its complete for the most part from what i see.the dash has been recovered and looks good with no cracks.. the door panels look to have been replaced at some time and were replaced with 1977 door panels.. the tachometer was taken out of the guage cluster by the previous owner and it is missing but all other gauges appear present. it has tilt column and cruise control. factory posi rear end traction bars the taillights center gas door/lense is missing the back bumper is pushed in because the previous owner rolled it off a trailer into another car..the passenger side taillight looks to have been replaced as well but with a firebird lense not a trans am lense so its not smoked like the driver side. it has original aluminum snowflake rims that all look to be in good shape but will recomend tires.one dose not hold air. the front center air dam spoiler is in the trunk and yes i do have both t-tops!!! i do not have the trunk or door key so i cant get in the trunk,its also missing the door tumblers wich were lost sometime during paint. i will be adding information-pictures and possibly video soon if it dose not sell first! i do have this car listed locally and reserve the right to end this auction!!!! this car really looks pretty nice and with a little love it could be a sweet ride sorry i am not sure if this is the original #'s matching eng/trans i have done no research on it yet,but pontiac did actually use chevy 305's in some of there cars in 1980. ONLY 896 PRODUCED!!!!! it also has a manual front brake line line lock.its just a knob you use to lock the front breaks when your doin burnouts. the shaker scoop/air cleaner is missing the inside lid that holds the air cleaner in place so the scoop and air cleaner are just sitting on top of the motor right now. i can assist with shipping but shipping and or pickup is buyers responsibility!!!
