here goes it, ive owned this car for almost a decade, and its my baby. built with all the best, and completly reliable to drive anywhere... stored inside, always garaged, hasnt seen water in almost a decade. its regal blue, with blue interior, and column shift.. lol yup. where to start, car was built by joe derry, and my self. and i owe him a ton for everything!! its a 4.1l bored .020, completly balanced with every nut and bolt needed before assembly, the usual line honed decked, completly reconditioned, block, rods magnafluxed and relieved. balanced soo well, doesnt have the resonant shake all the v6s do... cat forged steel crank, ts2 file fit rings, coated bearings, motor is compltly studded by the best a.r.p for mains rods crank heads, deep 14 bolt pan, welded pick up massaged oil pump, new oem cover, shimmed for oil pressure, cometic .030 head gaskets, complete comp cams valve train set up and chain, champion gn1 heads, with roller rockers, 1.65, champion ported intake, accufab 90mm throttle body and dog house, all cleaned out with new sensors, accufab fuel regulator, RJC complete billet pulley set, saving pounds off rotating mass, nd quite sexy looking.. lol 72lb injectors, caspers injector harness,and ground block, volt booster, 145 amp alternator, all new sensors on eng, gm o.e.m new oem coil,module and cam sensor. cotton tall billet covers,8.3-1 compression, cold air set up, edelbrock water pump, new plugs every year, wires every other, oil changed every 500 miles, with royal purplke and gm cam additive,as well as comcams oil additive, trans changed every spring to spec with lubeguard additive, rear changed every spring with royal purple, and gm posi additive,rad changed with water wetter and lubricnt for waterpump. over kill because i dirve it about 800 a year, but, its an investment. rear, is eaton rebuildable posi with auburn gear, 3.42 ratio, new last year, with lpw girdle and hardened axles. trans was done thru cottons out of jersey,transtec i thin they are? all hardend and billet. 3000.00 alone, guaranteed for a 1000 hp all day, and bullit proof. 10 inch west coast lock up converter, 3600 stall, roller converter, metco billet adjustable upper and lower control arms, kyb gas adjusts, with hotchkis springs lowered an inch and bags in the rear, 3/8 stainless fuel lines with the usual walbbro 355 pump and hotwire kit, all controlled by f.a.s.t system, with plug to program it. new wideband 02 and 5 bar map. can be used as a datalogger as well, amazing set up!!! interior is a 25k mile interior literally from a lil ol ladies car, i have to column to go with it as this one is a little loose. has line loc, and electronic water, oil, boost and recall tach, that are cobalt series to match the blue, the gauges were 1200 alone, wilwood billet disk fronts, with s10 cylenders with large soft shoes in the rear, stainless braided fron lines, new gm radiator with oil cooler, 4inch gn1 performance intercooler polished, wheels are supernice wrapped in nittos... with arp extended lugs and nuts. chassis has a ton of braces and x braces, car overall is an 8.5 id say but im a hard critic, im sure im forgetting things, has run a mild best of 10.53 at 131. with a very lazy street tune, running fat, the turbo is a 66 turbonetics ball bearing bigwheel, with 4 inch inlet, th 3 down pipe with 2.25 stainless crossover, cottons single stainless exaust with dump, as it sits right now its a 11.0 street tune car, so i dont get too excited with my r foot and no race gas... lol and no cage.... guys here say.. oh no. no the car is babied.. never beat. lol really? then you dont deserve a car like these. you can drive this anywhere race and drive home thats why i built it. reliability. can lay 400 or 500 feet of sick posi easily. this car drives amazingly. everyone ive let drive it says the samething. omfg, its easy to drive and the hammer is always swinging because of the turbo and the converter. not the fastest car in the world but its pretty brutal, very clean and sedate. bumpers have aluminum reinforcments, for a diet, the body is in fantsatic shape.. but is 25 yrs old. has the usual pings and pongs, not perfect but damn nice. doors are solid, there is a dime size spot on one qtr, but hasbeen there for years, not noticable, there is one spot on the forward a plr, thet is surface as well, inside the forward door jamb, been there for years, not an issue, underneath the car is amazing, window fuzzies are new gm. a/c bypass from rjc is installed but i have the oem to restore that if it needs be, there is a small windshield plr crack, that isnt an issue but want to tell all the bad as well, a small outie dent on the rear qtr from my canopy i use at shows... but minimal the bumpers are very nice originals with great chrome on the face but some small small pitting on the top.minimal. car has won many many trophies from shows, including buick club of america shows, so the negatives are minimal. small mark crack, barly noticble in front passenger side bumper filler.but minimal. no warranty with this car!!!! lol good god. ! but no worries with any of the car... drove to englishtown raced drove home. drove to newyork for a show... drove to musclepalooza raced drove home. never beat on tho...i will say that. never close to overheating, because of gbody's dual fans!!! set at 170 in the f.a.s.t and on switches as well. im sure ill remember other things, but please feel free to ask. shipping? thats your responsibility,but id say come drive it home.... and get 22 mpg... thank you for your time... and good luck, you wont be disappointed, if your looking, you already know they only made 1500 of these compared to 22000 black cars... sooo.... i hope it goes to a great home... ohone more thing i forgot, the passenger side door panel , the pull handle is there but needs a screw... and cover. On Feb-20-12 at 15:36:59 PST, seller added the following information: update, the heads are aluminum, the drive train has about 6 k trouble free miles, about 20 passes over 5 years. the seats arent stained, its shadows, the headliner pic us upside down, why i have no idea. look under the rear pic, no oil stains.. is not a leaker. uploading pics of the lil misc pings and pongs. i scraped the door jamb to show its metal not rot, funny spot been there for 10 yrsm hasnt changed see the fender bolt for scale, the chip on the rocker is about an inch,the hood ping is minimal, hard to see, penny for scale, trunk chips been there since ive had the car, minimal.. coin for scale, the windshield crack is as well minimal, hard to get on pics, but finally got it, the qtr ding and hood ding had priced from paintless dent, about 250.00 but looks fine, thats why i didnt fix, the qtr spot is about my finger nail,hard to get pic of.. but again hasnt changed in forever.. and not noticable unless you look hard. thats the worstof it.... lol thanks for the homework.... hope this helps.thank you again....
