hello up for for sale is my 1979 mg midget. this is a great little hate to have to sell because i just don't have the time or space for anymore.. this car is is incredible shape for its age.. for starters the body is in near perfect condition with only a little ding on the edge of the hood that is barely noticeable... let me say that there is zero rust on this car... its is without a doubt 100% rust free.. which in florida is very rare with there cars.. bring your magnets to see for your self.. the paint is in great condition as well as you can see from the pictures. the interior is also in great shape... the dash is im perfect working order as well as all of the cars wiring except the trunk light is missing its light bulb. the dash shines because it is newly replaces also the car has these upgrades as well: side markers, turn signal switch, brake light switch, slave cylinder, master cylinder, and timing chain.. the bumpers are new and most important are the wire wheels which are new and do not have one scratch or scuff or an ounce of rust on them.. these wheels run for about 1200 bucks without tires.. the car comes with a cloth top which is in great condition and has not one tear or rip in it... the car runs great the engine has good compression and runs strong.. transmission is smooth and also in good running condition. i would and have drive this car anywhere.. as far as mechanics go the only thing the car needs is a carb tune-up and a new accelerator cable other than that the car runs great and never over heats... i have taken it down to the keys and back and the needle does not move one bit.. for car show and insurance purposes the car was appraised in February 2011 and is valued at over 10,000 dollars and i do have certified copies for the winning bider with also more than 4000 dollars in recipes that go with the car.. so if you have any questions you may call me at 786 683-2053 thank you and good luck!
