I purchased this Travelall from the 2nd owner in Nebraska. He had purchased it in the late 1970s with approximately 50,000 miles on it. They were an elderly couple who only drove it for special events. Therefore, the low original mileage of only 93,000 miles is the actual mileage. It has had excellent maintenance performed on it like oil changes every 2,000 miles. It has original paint, original interior, original engine, etc... It starts, runs and drives very nice. I purchased it to put the 392 4-barrel engine into a 1967 Travelall I was planning to restore, but my plans fell thru due to serious health problems and the inability to work. I also decided that this was way too nice of a vehicle to rob the engine out of it. I drove this Travelall back from Nebraska, a 150 mile trip on the interstate and it cruises nice at 70 to 75 mph. The steering is tight, brakes very good, transmission shifts great and the 4X4 works great. Everything seems to work good as it should. It only has a couple of small rust bubbles around the rear wheel wells and driver side hood hinge. The previous owner said the AC worked good for him last summer, but it has been too cold in Wyoming to try it. The heater works good as does the radio and all the gauges. The rear tailgate works great from the switch on dash or the key in the tailgate. The paint is all original and is pretty faded. Here is a nice 1110 all wheel drive Travelall up for auction with a very reasonable reserve.
