Vehicle Detail

CHECK OUT VALENTICLASSICS.COM TO VIEW 50 HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGES OF THIS CADILLAC 1975 Cadillac Calais 2-Door Hardtop Coupe SURVIVOR CAR with only 26,631 Original Miles. This unrestored time capsule is absolutely spectacular.   The Calais Series 6C brought styling changes for 1975 which included dual square headlight lenses flanked by rectangular cornering lights wrapping around the body along with a new crossed hatched grill. The Calais coupes also had triangular coach windows in the “C” pillars. Fiber optic front fender lamp monitors, power door locks, high energy ignition, steel belted radials and a catalytic converter was now standard equipment for the 1975 model year. Additional options on this spectacular piece include Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes, Air Conditioning, Power Windows with Window Lock-Out, Dual Remote Mirrors, AM/FM Radio, Clock, Map Light, Power Antenna, Day/Night Mirror, passenger side Vanity Mirror and Fender Skirts.     The original Firethorn Metallic Firemist paint is absolutely brilliant and is nicely accented by the half black vinyl roof and Black Interior. This car is beyond belief. The interior looks like it did back in 1975 with zero evidence of any wear whatsoever. This beautiful body is straight, has excellent fit and function, no panel repair anywhere and still retains all of its original paint. There is one tiny spot approximately one inch on the driver’s lower fender where there is a rust hole. The car retains the original exhaust system however it is need of replacing. Everything else is in top working order, engine runs great, transmission shifts perfectly, steering and suspension is tight as one would expect a 26,000 mile car would be, tracks nicely down the road, brakes are functioning properly and the Firestone Steel Belted Radial wide whitewall tires have plenty of tread left measuring 11/32nds . This car was built in May of 1975 and sold new for approximately $8,200.00 by Nodell Cadillac in Milwaukee. It was traded in after only a year or two of limited use and the previous owner has maintained and preserved it in a climate-controlled facility since. Don’t miss out on this museum quality, unrestored, survivor Cadillac!   Be sure to check out the other SURVIVOR Cadillac out of this same collection.
