Up for auction is a 2006 DODGE DAKOTA SLT QUAD CAB PICK UP TRUCK. It has a 3.7 liter V6 engine. This truck was purchased new and I used it for a work truck. The truck has some unknown mechanical issues. It was shut off at a gas station and did not what to start, when it finally started it run very rough and had black smoke coming out of the tail pipe. We managed to get it to the dodge dealership, they said they thought it was the timing chain, but they were not sure. They needed to tear into the engine to find out for sure. Because of the miles on the truck, we decided to park it and get another truck. The truck will not run at all now. I am selling it "as is" for parts or a project for someone. The transmission did slip some when it was running. The tires on the truck are like new. There is scratches, dents, dings, tears, and stains. See pics for more on the condition.
