1980 Honda CR125 We are excited to offer this exceptional 1980 Honda CR125 AHRMA Post Vintage MX bike. The red rocket Honda's are one of the most popular vintage twin shocks and the 80 model is the rarest of the breed. We have done a down to the frame full restoration on this bike. New wiseco piston, gaskets, seals, and fresh bore. New Plastic. Tank refinished. New Seat cover. New bars / levers / perches / grips / and gold series chain. New Michelin tires and tubes. New cables. New air filter. New fork boots. New kill switch. New swingarm bearings. New decals and backgrounds. New Mikuni carb. Over 2k dollars in parts and labor spent on this restoration - it's as good as any 80 model CR125 around - here's your chance to buy pennies on the dollar! This is a chance to own a piece of MX history affordably. This is a very nice example that you could be very proud of at any vintage race. The reserve is set very reasonable based on the cost and the time of restoration. These are 30-40+ year old vintage dirt bikes. The original manufacturers didn't warranty them when they were new, so neither will I. Every used vintage dirt racing motorcycle, whether it has been restored or not, will ALWAYS need SOMETHING adjusted, tweaked, modified, replaced, repaired by YOU before you ride or race it.
