This will be the 3rd personal car that I've sold through Ebay in the past couple years. I have come too far to risk my feedback so I assure you everything here is true & accurate. Bid with confidence and please READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW: You won't find a more mechanically sound & clean car as this one especially with this mileage. All highway miles, clean Carfax, clean title....never been in an accident and is dent free and near scratch free. Drives very smooth & peppy and suspension is tight! The interior is like brand new! I am an employee of a BMW dealership and just did all of the needed maintenance & repaired every issue seen or heard. To a customer these repairs/maintenance would've cost around $6,000.00 because it was due for a few things, some of which were dreaded high price common issues. I was intending on keeping it but some unexpected expenses have come up forcing us to very regretfully have to sell it. The repairs & maintenance done are listed below. Much of it was preventative maintenance because being an employee, I know what to stay ahead of and at my employee discount it was affordable for me to do now rather than wait until something went bad or started leaking that we see often in the shop. I intended on keeping this car and handing it down to my son in 18 months so I literally went through the whole car and make it tip top including replacing the a/c evaporator which was just starting to leak...that alone would be a $2200.00 repair to a non-employee. I am very anal & OCD hence being so thorough on doing all of the work needed so believe me, this car will be so reliable and worry free. We commonly see customers who don't skimp on repairs/maintenance drive these cars well over 300,000 miles on the original engine and transmission. The trick is staying on top of the maintenance and never putting off repairs needed so I followed my own advice that I give people all day long and didn't skip one thing. *Replaced front brake pads, rotors, & sensor (December 2011) *Oil Change *Replace drive belts (December 2011) *Newer tires (about 75% tread left) -- OEM factory tires that matches spare -- did not replace with some no name tire. *Replaced expansion tank, upper & lower thermostats, all new coolant hoses .....replaced hoses & thermostats as preventative maintenance. (Dec 2011) *Replaced vanos hose and crank case vent hose (preventative) (Dec 2011) *Replace oil filter housing gasket -- The car now has NO oil leaks, coolant leaks, or power steering leaks (Dec 2011) *Front lower control arm bushings replaced recently *Here's the big one ---- just replaced (this month) the evaporator for the a/c (heard hissing from vents & was slightly warm) -- This one repair alone would cost a non-employee about $2200.00+ tax to fix. It's ICE cold now. *Has brand new original full size spare - never used *Have original leather binder with all owners manuals PLUS two master 3 button remotes (one looks brand new as it was hardly used) and the thin plastic wallet key *No warning lights on -- all maintenance due and repair issues noticed were all repaired/replaced.....inspections welcome....bring your mechanic with you to inspect the car if you like! Again, having planned to keep the car for myself and to give my son I spared no expense in making it perfect so I wouldn't have to worry about anything. *There is a dent on the hood above the passenger kidney grille (see picture) that is not likely to come out without using a body shop. Other than that there are no dents. Scratch free except for a few minor scratches (3 or 4) less than 1/2" each. *Dual front airbags & dual side airbags in front doors. These cars are SO SAFE! *Refinished headlights so they are crystal clear now with no haziness. Bid with confidence and please READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW: *********Added info 1/29/12 --- I just read the Auto Check report & I want to clear something up.....the so called "accident" reported was NOT a collision of any kind. It was for the dent from something that fell on the hood which also broke the kidney grille which has since been replaced. The dent was MUCH larger before a paintless dent removal tech worked on it but there was an insurance claim put in by the previous owner for the kidney grille & paint work needed on that now small dent (that was never done). Originally the estimate was probably written for a hood replacement & painting because of the location of the damage. That is why it is showing up on Auto Check as an "accident". It even says, "minor center front". Also, the lein has been satisfied.....I have the title on hand. I also noticed in the pictures of the passenger floor carpeting that the sun shining on a couple spots towards the outer part of the floorboard appear to look like stains. They are not....its' just the sun shining through. I could only put 24 pics on the ad but can email more pics if you let me know exactly what you want me to photograph. You won't find a more mechanically sound & clean car as this one especially with this mileage. On Jan-29-12 at 10:36:54 PST, seller added the following information: 1/29/12 -- Also noticed one more inconsistency reported by Autocheck that I need to clear up (please see other added info from today)......if you read down the detailed history of Auto Check and Carfax you will see that it has only had 3 owners (me being the 3rd, the 2nd owner had it since March 2007 at 21,239 miles and I just bought it in early December 2011. I will be contacting Auto Check to have them correct this information. I have NO ideal where they get that it has had 4 owners.
