Vehicle Detail

1966 Chevrolet El Camino Classic 350/350 (2,500 miles on rebuilt engine) Mild Cam and performance upgrades. It sounds Kick Ass! Power Disc Brakes! Weld Wheels on Firestone Firehawk 295 50R15 fat tires in Back (like new) Coated Headers and Dual Exhaust Posi Traction This car is absolutely a blast to drive! Paint job is at least 8 years old and is beautiful (Show Car Beautiful)! Their are a few tiny chips here and there, very few. The car has been heated garage kept and covered. It has never even been in the rain since it came to the Midwest. This is not a patched up rust bucket people. All edges of sheet metal, be it fenders, doors, quarter panels, tail gate anything, its all original no repair panels. The quarters and entire car period are lazer straight. It is red (not orangeish red). I believe I have described it crystal clear but you may have questions I have not thought of. If you do just ask I will be happy to answer. If its so nice why am I selling it? Because as a kid my dad had a 67 El Camino (red, 327 300 HP Double Hump, 3 on the tree) that is what I want. I cant find an El Camino with those 3 items on it, so settled as this one is close, but am not happy its not the same. And I can live with it being so close but it is also way to nice. I cant take it to work and throw rakes, shovels, wheel barrels etc. in the back. I want a daily driver not a perfect painted beauty that I cant use daily, it can have minor rust or dents. I am an excavator and I have to drive into fields every day to get to my back hoe and can't possibly scratch up this super nice 66 I bought. Thats it ... If you have a 67 with my 3 needs or close to that I will deal with you, but I dont want a show car beauty like the one I have now. The only minor imperfection on my car is: Somebody has removed the heater switches from dash before I purchased the car. The heater core and other heater parts are still there. The same person added some after market gauges to the right side of dash. These items can be found easily and replaces as they are the same as any 4 door, 2 door or convertible chevelle its all the same. I am not broke despite what Obama has done to our country and our future, so I wont be taking low ball offers after the auction ends in fact I won't even reply to them. Please call with any questions prior to bidding. Between 8 am and 8 pm central time. 262-770-8891 I reserve the right to end auction early. Upon bidding you are agreeing that the sale is taking place in Racine County Wisconsin. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements I will help load the car if you send someone to pick it up. Thank You and Good Luck bidding! .On Jan-25-12 at 18:18:19 PST, seller added the following information: I will be out of town between thursday afternoon and late sunday. I will do my best to answer questions and or return calls but it may be slow. I have never used my current cell phone in the location so I dont know if AT&T will work there. But I will be checking emails frequently as I change locations.
