Jeep Price: This auction is for the Jeep only! (No Top or Doors!) General Description: This is a great PROJECT Jeep. It runs and was a daily driver. It was owned by a skilled tradesman and a Marine. He seemed to take good care of it. It does not seem to have been offroaded or abused and the interior is fairly clean. He was a smoker, so it does smell like smoke. It recently passed a New York State Safety Inspection. It does not have a check engine light. The exhaust system has a leak and it is loud. The jeep has a very solid body (please look at the pictures). The Jeep has a rust hole in the frame on the passenger side frame rail where the front control arm attached to the frame. It could be welded. Please see the photos. I checked out the frame and that was the only spot I noticed with a rust hole, but I encourage all buyers to check out these jeeps before you pick it up to make sure I did not miss anything! I also noticed that the oil pan has been patched with JB Weld. It does not appear to be leaking but it should be addressed. I can also email a link to more pictures and a video of the Jeep running. I will only accept cash upon pickup for the vehicle. Final payment must be made within 7 days of the auction close. Pick Up: If the vehicle is not picked up within 7 days I will charge $10 per day for storage. Parts: I have some parts in my garage. I can offer these parts for a fair price.
