Mike's Place is proud to offer this 1971 Corvette Convertible. This is an original 454ci car, with original engine block. The 4 speed Muncie transmission also has matching serial numbers. This was a 365 h.p. model. We recently purchased this vette from Partners Credit Union, as it was repossessed from the previous owner. My plan was to restore the car with my son, but unfortunately we just don't have the time to finish the car. I have included many pictures, including those of the engine. The previous owner had the original block bored out .60 over, and installed SRS (Sportsman Race Series) pistons, and high $$$ connecting rods. We just spent $650 and had the heads rebuilt, and all 16 valves were replaced with new ones. The interior looks like brand new, and the seats are Leather. 15" X 8" Ralley Wheels are correct "AZ" marked, with Brand New BFGoodrich tires. Car comes with Clean California Title. California residents will also be charged sales tax. All out of state buyers will be subject to California sales tax if they pick the vehicle up in person.
