This is a legally binding transaction so please don't bid if you're not buying! This is a 1949 Chevy Pickup truck (3 speed on column)that is in the middle of being restored back to its original condition. Due to health issues my husband is unable to complete the restoration and has decided someone else (younger) might enjoy finishing it thus is selling. This truck was running when the restoration was started and still has original drivetrain, 216 - 6 cylinder motor and transmission, as well as original wheels. The truck will have to be moved on a hauler as it is not in running condition now because wiring has all been removed with a new wiring harness included to be installed. The body has been sanded and cleaned down to the frame with all rust cut out and replaced with new metal. It has been primed as each part of the truck was cleaned and finished. Cab corners on both sides (inner and outer)have been replaced. As you can see from the pictures, the truck is now ready for final body work and paint. Included with this truck is so many new parts that I'll probably forget several so if you have a question about particular parts, please don't hesitate to ask via eBay message system or calling number below. New chrome grill, wooden bed kit, and a new tailgate are already installed on the truck. New Parts include: Painted front bumper, gauge cluster, outside chrome mirrors, center dash assembly, window regulators, throttle and choke cables, headlight bezels, rear view mirror, floor to firewall kit, truck doors and windows rubber kits, inside and outside door handles, tail lights, windshield weatherstrip, rear glass weatherstrip, floor mat and floor mat pad, door glass channels, inner firewall cover, New wiring harness, master cylinder, master cylinder plug, accelerator pedal pad and seal, brake & clutch pads and seals, brake lines as well as new gaskets, seals and many other new parts too numerous to list. Additional used parts include: Old front and rear bumpers-that can be re-chromed, Original bumper braces-front and rear, old gauge cluster, good used headlight buckets, Used Exterior Sun Visor, side mount spare tire hanger (not attached to truck), an extra 3 speed transmission and an extra 235-6 Cylinder motor-needs overhauled.
