1975 Honda Gold Wing

This is a 1975 Honda Goldwing survivor. I traded for this bike but have too many other projects so am placing this up for auction. I was informed that the mileage for this bike is correct, it is now at 5157, and the overall condition of the bike supports that. There is surface rust on the chrome, such as on the fenders and headlight ears, and rust in other spots, such as the seat strap attachments and spokes. There are also some scratches on the paint but the paint appearance and color is good and indicates the bike has spent its life in storage. The wiring appears to have been intruded at the triple clamps in the past, possibly for a fairing, and re-secured. In result, the bike does not run with the switch turned to headlight on. The bike does run, although a bit rough. I imagine the carbs will need cleaning. I installed a new battery and started it, riding it only briefly as the brake master cylinders are dry. The clutch worked well and it shifted through all gears properly though. In addition to the bike, I will provide a very good front wheel, with no rust on spokes, and a new stock front tire. Also, have an repair manual on CD, as well as a repair manual from the 1975 era. Overall, I found this to be a survivor in good condition that can be brought to good running condition with a little TLC or and excellent candidate for concours restoration.
