1981 El Camino Veichle has been restored by my father and I over the last three years. Originally was a GMC caballero, But I turned it into a chevy el camino by simply changing trim parts, I put tucked bumpers on it, puled the v6 out of it, dropped in the chevy 305 with the turbo 350 tranny. This car is BAD....I have a four barrel carb with edlebrock intake. Engiine was painted and made look nicer. There are roughly 75xxx on the engine and 86000 on the car. this is my every day diver, It runs and drives great. I put a new stereo in it with plenty of power. I painted the car in my garage using proper equipment. The car was not painted in a booth so there is over spray and it is clowdy in some areas. The interior has been redone 100%, There are new seats, new rug, new stering wheel. AC and heat component are all in the car set up, with out the belt going from alternator to ac pump and some minot plumbing. Everything is in place and set up. Turbo thrush exhaust . Sounds Real good. The Good----86,XXX miles. Clear title, new stereo, rhino lied bed, daily driver, ZERO RUST ON BODY, tucked bumpers. floor pans replaced. The Bad-Paint(overspray caused clowdyness in the paint)not show worthy. Ac not hooked up and the car could use some minor tlc Almost 6,000 invested in work alone
