1957 Ford Fairlane 500 2 Door Club Sedan. Southern Nevada Hi desert car all its life. Solid original body and frame. Service stickers from 1966 & 1967 on door from Las Vegas area service centers verifying service. Recent interior tastefully redone with cloth upgrade in original colors. New door glass and fuzzies. All chrome is present on the interior of the car. Dome light works and under dash lites also work. Original radio. No rips or tears on the seats or door panels. Turn signals play (Love Me Tender) when in use. Runs and drives smooth with an updated drivetrain consisting of a 351 Windsor and AOD 4 speed transmission. This is not the original engine to the car. Engine compartment is cleaned and detailed and features a 1969 rebuilt 351 Windsor engine with RV cam. Edelbrock 600CFM carb with Edelbrock performer 351 intake and old school finned valve covers. Mallory unilite distributor, new battery and cables, power steering and power brakes. No leaks anywhere in the engine. All lights, signals, horn, wipers work fine. Heater blower does work but needs the heater core replaced. AR wheels with 235-60 BF Goodrich TA's. Body prepped for paint 2 years ago and has been garaged the entire time. Original paint faded due to sun. VIN: D7RT122976: The car was born in San Jose California. Body Tag: 64B Color FEZ (Starmist Blue with colonial White) Trim AR Production Code 1M730004C I replaced the rear glass about a year ago, it was not cracked but faded from the sun and sand. The old rear glass comes with the car. The original glass windshield is fine, has no cracks or chips, but it does have a wiper smudge on the passenger side that needs to be polished out with some elbow grease. Clear Nevada Title. Items the vehicle NEEDS...... The original radio is in place but it is not connected and needs to be reconnected under the dash Correct Speedo gear fro AOD transmission- It is currently disconnected. I never found the correct speedo gear to install. Rear top fin quarter panel molding. This is the only piece of molding that is missing from the car. Heater core needs to be replaced.. Paint.
